Extremely friendly and excellent staff during our stay. Decent sized rooms and huge with the bedroom as well as the murano glass mirrors & lighting.

The location of this place is fantastic, it's close to the railway station, and within easy reach of the center and major sights.

Overall had very pleasant stay for romantic holiday. The stuff were superfriendly, perfect and magnificent location reasonably close to the bus station. I dined a minute walk from the hotel at Trattoria da Mimmo.

The staff were pleasant and very nice day and night. The venue was in a central location near nice areas to stay, most sites, and the center of beautiful Venice. I didn't want to say goodbye and would stay here again.

The bed and breakfast is located in the center of Venice, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. It is just a short walk from the Grande Canal vaparetto stop, allowing easy access to public transport. For those arriving from the airport, the Alilaguna boat is available, providing a comfortable and scenic journey. The rooms are comfortable and provide a lovely view of the main street, while the breakfast, although not lavish, is plentiful enough to start the day. The friendly and helpful staff add to the positive experience, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Some guests experienced a lack of airflow and heat in their rooms, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night.

The convenient location near a bus stop was perfect for my needs, and the staff were very accommodating with any requests.

The 2 lady owners were extremely friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much for them. They even insist on carrying guests lugguge up some serious stairs!! The accomodation is spotlesly clean and the room is huge by any standard. A simple thing like a continental breakfast is extremely well presented with attention to detail. The bed is huge and very comfortable.

The hotel is very good for the price being Venice. It is also easy to reach by foot from the train and bus stations with is good in Venice if you dont want to pay an expensive water taxi or share a Vaporetto with many people carrying luggage. They have rooms in the first and second floor and there is no lift but the two ladies are very kind and they help you with your luggage up the small stairs. That is the only bad thing, but it is easy to handle thanks to the staff. The breakfast is served in the room at the time you decide and the rooms have a table, tv, and fridge.

Only the stairs but as I wrote above, the staff help you with that.

Had an amazing stay during Christmas! The staff was so friendly and helpful, even let us check in early. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and close to a supermarket. The best part was the cozy atmosphere and the Christmas decorations that made our stay feel extra special.

The weak Wi-Fi signal, which kept disconnecting. It would be helpful to have a local data plan.

Realy beautiful room, very comfortable location (close to railroad station and bus stop and not far from centre), very good breakfast! Perfect owners ( two ladies) who tried to make Our staying unforgetable and it realy was! I will stay here again and I tell to all my friends about it. As my experience it was better hotel service in Italy (I always use 3 or 4 star hotels)

Very nicely decorated rooms with real furnitures. We had two spacious rooms, quite rare in Europe. This is the most beautiful rooms we stayed at during our 2 week trip in France and Italy.

The only down side is after I took a hot shower, my family didn't have much hot water for their showers.

I had a wonderful stay at a little gem in Venice. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The double glazed windows and functioning shutters provided a peaceful atmosphere. The shower room had everything I needed and there were plenty of towels. The whole place was impeccably clean. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast of tea/coffee, juice, fresh croissants, and breads served in my room. The host, Theresa, was lovely and spoke excellent English. The location was perfect for exploring Venice, and I appreciated being able to leave my luggage after check-out. The hotel's character-filled decor added to the charm of my stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for a warm and cozy experience in Venice. I had a fantastic time at Aquavenice Locazione Turistica and I would definitely stay there again.
